Lewis House Rules • Check-in: 4:00 - 10:00 PM • Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in: pre-arrangement required (contact host) *Late check-out: pre-arrangement required (see below) *Fireplace available upon request. Please reach out if you would like to use our fireplace between Oct - Feb, and we will gladly make that arrangement. *$125 pet fee (dogs permitted) • No dogs unless authorized when making your reservation. Unauthorized dogs will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a $500 charge for extra cleaning. **Please pick up after your pet** • Do not eat food in the beds • Respect neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. **Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation** • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, INCLUDING THE PORCH. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation & no unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Damage or Violations Fees: • FEES: Stained linens (towels and sheets) that cannot be cleaned = $40 charge per item • FEES: Noise complaints – 1st complaint = warning; 2nd complaint = $100 charge & cancellation of the reservation. • FEES: Lost TV remote= $100 charge • FEES: Smoking (any kind) = $250 charge & cancellation of the reservation • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out = Every 30 min after 10:00 a.m. additional $75. (Please understand that we have cleaners scheduled after your stay, so reach out if you need an extension.) • FEES: $50 charge per night per person for each person above the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: Fireplace is available for use with permission Oct - Feb. Unauthorized use will result in $500 fee and cancellation of reservation.

All our bedrooms have king beds! We provide 100% cotton sheets and coverlets...all freshly washed after every guest. So comfortable and relaxing, with the main living area a perfect spot for visiting or cooking a memorable meal together.
